Lead Instructor

An Indoor Cycling Instructor that is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day creative quality of his/her studio, while providing inspiration and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an indoor cycling instructor
  • Teach at least 5 classes per week
  • Demonstrates leadership in the studio

Duties of a Lead Instructor:

  • Helps the franchise owner/studio manager onboard new talent for the studio
  • Maintains brand standards in his/her studio
  • Trains new talent
  • Keeps in regular communication with the Senior Master Instructor team
  • Performs quarterly evaluations on all Indoor Cycling Instructors in his/her studio

Recommended Best Practices:

  • Participate in the Lead Instructor calls every other Friday at 10am, Pacific Standard Time
  • Attend a Lead Instructor Training weekend
  • Watch all videos on the FB forum and engage the entire team
  • Practice what you preach; always aim to lead by example
